Priscilla M. Lu

Priscilla M. Lu founded interWAVE Communications in 1994 and took the company public in 2000. She was Chairman and CEO of interWAVE through 2003. She later founded ViDeOnline Communications Ltd in 2004 and has been very active in bringing her vision of a secured media download and services network to fruition with scheduled first launch in Asia in the later part of 2005.

Robert Chefitz

Mr. Cheiftz has been in the private equity business for over 25 years. During those 25 years, Mr. Chefitz has achieved an investment track record of realized investments generating an IRR of 40% and 42% in the security sector. Mr. Chefitz was formerly a general partner at Apax Partners in New York for 15 years and at Golder Thoma Cressey in Chicago for 7 years before joining NJTC Venture Fund to direct the Roseland, NJ Office. Mr. Chefitz has made numerous successful investments spanning the security, telecom, information services, and healthcare industries. He has extensive experience in both early stage companies and large leveraged buyouts. Mr. Chefitz is a past president of the NY Venture Association and holds degrees from Northwestern University and Columbia University. He sits on the Boards of Directors at CML Emergency Services, Cebatech, Cylex, Game Trust, Hycrete, Redpoint Bio Corporation, Right Answers and is an observer on the Board of Valera Pharmaceuticals.

I. Steven Edelson

I. Steven Edelson is a principal of Mercantile Capital Group LLC and Managing Director of the Chicago office. The group's activities and investments include private equity investments in early stage companies, PIPEs, mezzanine investments, buyouts, project financing and bridge financings. He has had substantial interest in finance and real estate transactions including winning bids for full facility management services at Harold Washington Library and the International Terminal, O'Hare Airport in Chicago. Mr. Edelson serves on the Business Council for the Woodrow Wilson Center as well as sits on corporate boards such as the Ligos Corporation, Itracs and Socrates.

L. Keith Mullins

L. Keith Mullins has over 20 years of experience in the investment business and is the Founder of Greenwoods Capital. Mr. Mullins previously headed the European Investment Bank Technology Group at Schroeder Salmon Smith Barney. Prior to joining the European Investment Bank, Mr. Mullins directed the Emerging Growth Stock Group at Salomon Smith Barney in New York. From 1985-1991, Mr. Mullins held a similar position at Morgan Stanley & Co., Inc. He was voted to the Institutional Investor All-America Research Team from 1988 through 2000 first or second team. Mr. Mullins began his career at Dean Witter & Company as an Emerging Research Analyst 1984. Mr. Mullins holds a BA in Philosophy and an MBA from the College of William and Mary. In addition, he studied for two years at the University of St Andrews in Scotland as a James Blair Fellow.

Leon Ng

Leon Ng is the President and Founder of Pacific Real Estate Media Ltd, a Real Estate television channel that utilizes an IP-based broadcasting network for the delivery of online streaming and customized video-on-demand real estate programming.  He is also the founder of LNG Productions Inc, which specializes in corporate video production and distribution.  In addition, Mr. Ng is engaged in numerous business ventures and has directorship of several private companies.

Mario Rosati

Mario Rosati has been a partner of the distinguished law firm of Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati (WSGR) since 1975. His specilization is corporate law. He is a member of WSGR's Executive Management Committee, Policy Committe and a Managing Director of WS Investments, an investment partnership of members of the firm. WSGR is corporate counsel for many well-established high-tech firms and new startups in Silicon Valley. Mr. Rosati is a director of public companies Aehr Test Systems, Sanmina-SCI Corporation, Symyx Technologies, Inc., and Vivus, Inc. He is also a director of several private companies such as ViDeOnline.
