Dr. Priscilla M. Lu - Chairman & CEO

Dr. Priscilla M. LuDr. Priscilla M. Lu has over twenty five years of international industry experience in telecommunications, with significant relationships at the CEO, CTO level with major carriers in China, South East Asia, U.S. and Europe. She led early efforts in technology innovation in the GSM cellular networking space back in the early nineties, and earned worldwide recognition for her leadership in innovation, with 3 Special Recognition Awards in different years at the 3GSM Annual conference held in Cannes, France.

As Chairman and CEO of ViDeOnline Communications Ltd founded in 2004, Dr. Lu current company ViDeonline is the leader in secured video networks with content aggregation for electronic content delivery. The Company is poised to launch its services in Asia in fall 2006. Major Hollywood content and local content as well as entertainment in music, music videos, games and other content genres are slated for secured downloads. ViDeOnline is also negotiating partnerships with major players in the Chinese media market.

Dr. Lu founded interWAVE Communications Ltd was Chairman and from 1994 to 2003 and took the company public in January 2000. She remained a Director on the board of interWAVE, which stayed on the national NASADAQ listing (IWAV), until it was sold December 2004 to Alvarion (NASDAQ: ALVR). interWAVE designed and manufactured end to end GSM and CDMA cellular radio and switching networks, targeting international markets, primarily Middle East, Africa, Europe, Eastern Europe, Latin America, China and South East Asia. Funding was from Mayfield, Morgan Stanley Ventures, Hutchison, Nortel and Alcatel. Post IPO, additional funding was raised from Eastcom, UT*COM and VIA Technologies.

Prior to founding interWAVE, Dr. Lu spent 16 years at AT&T Bell Laboratories where she led efforts in the design of switching systems, sub-micron CMOS design technologies, VLSI chip designs, IP packet networks, as well as imaging and multi-media technologies. She pioneered the 32-bit CMOS microprocessors, developed the first packet switching systems and designed the first distributed networking UNIX systems at Bell Labs research.

Dr. Lu holds a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics (Hons) from the University of Wisconsin and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Northwestern University (under the Bell Labs Doctorate Scholarship Programs) and has over 50 patents in the area of telecommunications and networking.


Michele Hogan - Chief Financial Officer

Michele Hogan joined ViDeOnline Inc in October 2004 as Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Hogan has held a number of executive and senior finance positions in various high tech companies and industries over a twenty-five year period in Silicon Valley. Prior to joining ViDeOnline, Ms. Hogan was a founding member of interWAVE Communications International Ltd., an advanced wireless networking equipment and services provider, which she helped take public on NASDAQ in 2000. She developed and implemented the finance, accounting, treasury and finance operations structures and processes of interWAVE’s domestic and international operations as both a private and then public company. Prior to interWAVE, Ms. Hogan held the position of Director, Operations Finance at Network Equipment Technologies as well as multiple other financial management positions at NET and at previous companies. Ms. Hogan holds a BA from the University of Santa Clara and MBA from San Jose State University.


Dr. Arthur Yeung – Managing Director and Vice President, Asia

Dr. Yeung is Managing Director and Vice President, Asia since October 2004. He manages all of the sales and marketing, as well as customer carrier relationships, and is responsible for all of the strategic partners’ major contracts and accounts for ViDeOnline. He manages all of the content agreements with major studios for Asia, and is responsible for contract agreements with the content providers in the region. He provides business development for ViDeOnline’s services throughout Asia Pacific and China. Prior to ViDeOnline, Arthur was Managing Director of Wavecom Asia Pacific Limited, and before that also for Brilliant Bright Ltd. He was the head of Asia for interWAVE Communications Ltd, from 1995 through 2002. Dr. Yeung has extensive experience in sales and business development in the mobile wireless telecom and data network systems markets. Dr. Yeung holds a BS in Engineering and MBA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong as well as a PhD from the University of South Australia.


Eric Kmiec – Vice President of Marketing and Product Development

Eric Kmiec is Vice President of Marketing and Product Development at ViDeOnline Inc. He is responsible for corporate marketing, product management, defining the user experience and the overall vision of ViDeOnline’s application services and products. With over 25 years of experience in next generation wireless telecommunications and broadband products, he brings a broad and large portfolio of high-tech marketing innovation as well as media and telecom technologies. Successful presentations and clients include major telecom operators such as Nortel, Telstra, France Telecom and major movie content studios such as Viacom, Fox Newscorp, Warner Bros., Lions Gate, EMI, National Geographic and Universal Studios. Eric attended the University of Maryland for Electrical Engineering.

Dianne Mandell

Dianne Mandell has over twenty years of entertainment industry expertise in licensing and marketing film projects, developing and producing content projects and establishing ground–up corporate infrastructure for Asian and Hollywood production industries. She is a member of ViDeOnline’s content acquisition team located in the heart of the Hollywood-Burbank-Santa Monica entertainment corridor. She has been a member of senior management at Paramount Pictures UIP Distribution and International Television Groups, Stephen J. Cannell Productions, Stratum Entertainment and World Media Productions. During this period her involvement in Asian, international and domestic US film projects ran the breadth of operations, project and film production for TV and feature films, marketing and content licensing and corporate executive producer.
