Transaction Management
VDO offers online reporting and real-time retrieval of all customer transaction records, providing up to the minute statistics on activities and operations. Detailed records show transaction by geography and by users, or user groups. These records provide instant access to a complete history for accounting and customer service support purposes. VDO proprietary software creates instant profiles for all traffic on the network, including consumers’ buying patterns by location and/or site. Carriers can use this information to track and search specific purchasing patterns by geography, studio, actor, content type and exact titles.
An on-going network monitoring system also tracks each transaction to monitor for any possible security breaches.

Transaction Reports
VDO’s o8Media Network delivers four types of reports:
- Consumer Profile Reports: Accessible only by the individual consumer. Allows the consumer to track user-specific preferences and downloaded content records.
- Content Provider Reports: Accessible only by the associated content providers. Creates reports by title, author or actor over a specified time period.
- Carrier or Service Provider Reports: Accessible only by the associated carrier or service provider. Creates reports by category, subscriber base or geography over a specified time period.
- Network Manager Reports: Accessible only by authorized network managers. Tracks transactions by geography, type of download device, users and user groups. Network manager reports create notifications of outages, irregularities or potential security breaches over the entire network.
